- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is structured as $150 min. for the 2hrs. which can include travel and consultation. I charge $60 / hour after that for the remainder of the day.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to speak briefly with the customer directly, maybe get a few pictures if need be to help identify exactly what I'll be doing. This way I can bring the correct tools and be the most efficient when I arrive.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the trades either hands on or as a supervisor for over 30 yrs I've built homes from the ground up and designed, fabricated and installed much of the work that was required.
