I liked that they came ahead of schedule.... what I didn't like was that they left the dirt piled up where they had to dig it away to do the cement work. They didn't level it off, spread it out, or take it away.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I’m not always the cheapest because Quality comes first, however I’m reasonable.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I go meet the customer, look the job over. I send a quote to them by email. If they like the quote then I get a down payment and I get to work and don’t stop until the jobs done right.
