- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Hello Dear clients. Price for our products are more expensive then in any stores who sale Chinese cabinetry! Because we do 100% Custom Made Cabinets and Woodwork. All our products are in High Quality and all projects are done on time with out any problem!!!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We discuss about project. We meet personally and talk about more details, I show materials for clients, help with design if need that, do sketches, take dimensions and start work on quote for that project! We do HD 3D drawings for project which are "Best On Market" in this moment and show you whole project in color and 99% reality ! (we charge for that drawings BUT we do refund that money when we sign contract for project!)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from a Woodwork College ! I love when my clients happy when we finish project for them !
