- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is competitive and our quotes on point. We will never underbid to gain the job only to surprise you with charges on move day! Beware, if a quote seems too good to be true, it likely is. By law, you must publish your tariffs and stick to them to ensure each customer is charged fairly. Check with the ILCC and the IMAWA if you have questions regarding tariffs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Submit a quote request, and we take it from there! At J&P, we feel it is very important to speak with each potential client, whether it is by phone, in-home estimate, or a Skype or FaceTime meeting. It is crucial to get all pertinent information so that we can accurately estimate each unique project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We regularly participate in seminars and training provided by the IMAWA to stay abreast of all rules, regulations and best practices.
