FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We want to create raving fans, not just customers. The only way we know how to do that is to really understand our customers wants and needs. We take our time with each customer, fully discussing their project so we can exceed all of their expectations. Our customers are given a detailed breakdown of all the work that is going to be performed and all additions or changes are discussed with the customer before the work is done so there are no surprises.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Jim had been an electrician for 30 years. He is an adjunct instructor at the Building Code and Fire Academy in Elgin, teaching the electrical code to building inspectors and other contractors. He is also a fine carpenter and plumber in his own right. He has been involved in over 30 fix and flip real estate investment projects. Jim is also a home inspector.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Jim has been an electrician since he was a teenager, working side by side with his father for many years before going out on his own.
