My wife and I performed an internet search for best realtors in our area. Jim was near the top of the list and after reading a bit more about Jim he sounded like the perfect realtor for our situation. And we were right in our selection.Jim was so easy to work with. He was always friendly and spent a lot of time with us, in person, via email and text. His use of technology, from his photo's of our house to the drone coverage, were fantastic. He was also very patient with us as we had to get our house ready for sale and that took a considerable amount of time to complete before we could list. Jim helped us with decisions all along the way. Without Jim, our house would likely still be on the market. And we got way more money for our house than we would have ever expected. And as for our house hunt, Jim worked very hard in finding houses that fit our needs and we ended up finding the perfect house which we love. He made the whole process of selling and buying much less stressful.The entire process of selling our home and buying our new home was easy and problem free all due to the knowledge and professionalism of Jim Silva. He was such a pleasure to work with that we consider Jim a friend and not just our real estate agent.

We recently worked with Jim on the sale of our former home and the purchase of our new home. Jim is an outstanding realtor but even more, he is an amazing man of integrity. We had tried to sell our home twice prior and were unsuccessful. When we met with Jim, he came very prepared to have the discussion. He was understanding and honest. We aligned on a price based on his research and our comfort/needs and on the market it went. FOUR DAYS LATER....we had a contract and the house was sold!!! Jim is innovative in his marketing approach and pushes himself to remain ahead of the competition for his clients. He was with us every step of the way on the sale and on the new purchase. He showed us A LOT of homes and was patient as we searched for the right one. He answered all our questions and was always available to talk. He gave us knowledge so we could make informed decisions. The referrals he made for a mortgage company and attorney were outstanding and they were all the utmost professionals. In the end, we not only found an amazing realtor we found a fantastic new friend. We take every opportunity to talk about him to others and hand out his card. I have known Jim for over 25 years and would not trust anyone else with my realty needs!!! Not only did I purchase a new home but I also sold my current home at the same time. To say the least, handling both of these tasks at the same time was very stressful for me and my family. Jim was understanding, honest and listened to what I needed. He was very sensitive and professional in providing the items I needed and/or requested at the appropriate time. During this process I was pregnant so my anxiety and emotions were already on alert!! Jim was very patient with me and my demands. He never made me feel as if I were bothering him but instead welcomed my questions & concerns. Jim provided his recommendations that helped me prepare my house for the market. 6 Days later SOLD!!!! We had a couple bumps in the selling and purchase of my homes but Jim took control and was able to get everything back on track! At the end of the day Jim Silva was and will always be my realty quarterback!! I would and have recommended him to friends/family! Who do you have in your corner?
