Jodi is an inspiration to the yoga community. Her classes are challenging both mentally and physically and has made me grow on such a deep personal level. Community, family, comfort, love, all the feels and awesome yoga class every time. Never disappointed and always walk out feeling like a new woman. I’m very sad if I ever have to miss a class with the amazing Jodi at Shim Flow Yoga!
