Introduction: I am a 200-hour, certified yoga teacher through the Himalayan Institute of Honesdale, PA. I teach Tuesday evening and Thursday morning All-Level classes for the Algonquin Park District.
My style is Hatha, which is a slower-paced class, where poses are held in order to gain strength of body and mind. I am also a certified prenatal yoga teacher.
