I had gotten the quote from a lot of professionals, who were nice to talk to and promptly provided me with their quotes, and I was down to finalizing one out of two guys - Certified AVE and Pro Installations, I decided to go with pro installations, because he offered me huge discount, worked around my schedule, even during after business hours and was very prompt to reply. the two tv's that he installed, along with surround sound speakers and a floating shelf for second speaker system look really nice and he even gave away the moldings for free. and after the job, I found out that two guys are brothers.

Robert was awesome. We are repeat customers. This time he installed 2 TV brackets for me. On one instance the wall I chose had some ductwork behind it. Rob identified the problem then help me come up with a solution and equipment to solve the issue while locating the TV in my desired area This dude rocked

Eric IS the best! You will not go wrong and be VERY pleased hiring Pro Installations! EXEMPLARY work and he went WAY above and beyond what was required or expected. I hired Pro Installations to mount a TV. Prior to Eric's arrival, I realized I needed a shelf hung under the TV to hold cable box. While Eric was here, I realized I needed a small TV/microwave cart put together. I said all that to say Eric was very accommodating. Never did he say or act as if the additional requests should have been in my original requests or that he wasn't more than happy to help. When it was determined that my cable wasn't coming on for reasons outside my apt, Eric OFFERED to investigate the cause as he saw how disappointed I was (not with him, but with cable). He had to leave for his next appointment (understandably), and offered to return afterwards to fix the problem if I was okay with it and didn't mind the lateness. Eric with Pro Installations is the ultimate professional. He was on time. He called me 30mins prior to arrival. He went WAY above what was required or expected. AND, his work is STELLAR. I have already booked him again at the end of the month. HIRE Pro Installations!

Excellent service with furniture assembly for my kitchen island. Robert was very professional and put the island together in a timely manner. He also assisted me with my wifi and some wall hangings when asked after he arrived. I would definitely use his services again!
