Had my dishwasher go out and messaged Alan Appliance Repair to have someone come to take a look & get a quote. Let me tell you, these guys are FAST. Within 2 hours of contacting them they were already at my house, and the service call rate was cheaper than anyone else I could find. I wasn’t sure whether or not I wanted to move forward with the repairs initially. These guys were professional, communicative, and I didn’t feel pressured by them whatsoever. I ultimately decided to have repairs done, messaged them that evening, and they had someone at my house the very next morning. Nobody likes spending the money on repairing appliances or dealing with this stuff, but if I have to I’ll go with these guys. 5/5

We had an issue with our dishwasher, and within 24 hours, we had an appointment. The technician reached out 30 minutes before letting me know he was on his way. After coming, he diagnosed the issue and quoted me a price. We agreed, and he checked his truck, and luckily, he had the part. He was able to replace it and get the dishwasher back running.
