Albek was extremely polite and professional, referring to me by “sir” the entire time. I did not expect it but was very impressed. He had parts on hand and was able to install a dryer kit for me on a Samsung dryer. He had the entire thing apart and back together in 1.5 hours. He said he repairs all kitchen appliances and I would definitely hire again. I thought the price was a little high, but I would rather pay this to a small individual start up business like his. Great guy!
