tub and shower replacement. Installer, Irad, did an excellent job of installation. He was very professional, detailed oriented, and respectful. He also cleaned up well after himself. I was very impressed with him.

Kyle just came out and was very professional and polite. We did sing a contract from them to do a shower replacement in our home. Truly cant wait to see the finished product!

Quality work shower was completed in one day and the men doing the work were professional. We had some issues contacting the main office and the sales representative prior to install even after calling three phone numbers and leaving messages. After being redirected to a gentelman by the name of Alex that lives and works in the area we feel better about future communications should we need help with any service requests.

Got on a contract with Matrix for renovating my master bathroom, they got me on a schedule on September 12th and on the day of install got a call that there was a scratch in one of the panels and they have to reschedule and it still has not been completed as of October 1st. All my efforts to get in touch with their scheduling person has been in vain, I have not got any updates on my project and they even took the money that is due until now. If there is an option please do not sign a contract with them and use a different company or GC that is available.
