- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
my pricing reflects top quality finish product. I stand by my pricing and I am not the type of company that will give you a low price just to get the job and then give you a bunch of added options to increase the price later.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
first I like to start with the telephone call just to make sure we are good fit over the phone for both the client and myself. once we have a general understanding of the work that needs to be looked at or performed I will come to the location of the project. once a scope of work has been listed out either I will offer my design consultation services or generate a cost proposal for the project depending if the design is already in place. if the client feels comfortable using my services I could generally pull any one of my recent clients for a testimonial.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to Bob Jones University for business management and financial planning. I then was a union carpenter and went to Union trade school for 5 years for commercial carpentry and Millwork carpentry
