K7W built our deck recently and we are very pleased with final product - beautiful deck! Their workers craftsmanship and quality is great. Mike estimated our deck price and answered all questions patiently which helped us to make a decision to work with K7W. Larry, office manager, and Hylina were very professional and provided good communication and customer services. The owner, Walter, was pretty responsive - when called he responded promptly. It took a bit longer than what we expected (not because K7Ws fault), however, things worked out well. I would recommend K7W to my friends.

My wife and I had a pergola added to the house about 20-25 years ago. Well, recently I noticed the support post had rotted at the base and they needed to be replaced. I began looking for a company/deck builder to replace the posts. Fortunately, I had a flyer form K7W. I found their website and scheduled an appointment. They provided an estimate, which was acceptable and we set a tentative date for the work.Day One they began digging new 12 inch by 4 foot deep holes for the footings/concrete piers, replacing the old inadequate 6 inch concrete piers. Once the holes were completed, they poured the cement on Friday. On Monday the team arrived and they set up posts and braces to support the pergola, ensuring their safety and support for the existing structure. As they began removing sections, they informed me the cross beams were rotten and needed to be replaced. After providing an estimate and with my approval they began the work.I was very impressed with how methodical and meticulous they were in rebuilding the supports for the pergola. While the original builders used nails for the supports, the K7W team used bolts to secure cross beams. They were also very artistic in cutting curves at then end of the beams adding to the aesthetics. They completed all the work and cleaned up the site by Tuesday evening.My wife and I are extremely pleased with their work and would recommend K7W to anyone needing a new or updated deck.
