FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
What are sessions with me like? We’ll begin our conversation with where you are right now. I listen to your energy field and offer intuitive guidance based on what I hear and we’ll go from there. But if that just sounded weird, time with me will be like you’re with an encouraging friend who is interested in your highest self plus she’s intuitive and wildly inspiring 😉 Sometimes, before our session closes, I’ll offer hands-on energy healing (if you’re with me in person), or we’ll do a long-distance healing which will feel a bit like a quiet meditation. This work goes deep to the root of the problem and heals the pieces which often still remain after all the years of therapy and seminars, all the books and meditations. In our time together, I fully expect you to experience a lasting shift in consciousness.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The work I do is deep and in order for us to go there, we need intimacy and that takes time. You and your journey are not a one-and-done thing. Healing is an ongoing process. It takes time to work through blocks and barriers and it’s powerful when you do this with someone who knows you, remembers you, and holds your hand. Initially, we’ll meet three times to see if we’re a right fit and then we’ll come up with the plan that works best for you going forward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am deeply grateful to my teachers. I’ve logged a lot of hours over the years studying various modalities in the field of energy healing and traditional counseling. The places I’ve studied where I received something profound: Barbara Brennan School of Healing, The Center for Intentional Living, and Nondual Kabbalistic Training. I study A Course in Miracles and am a fan of many eastern and western teachers and philosophies. I spend time each day touching in with wisdom and encouragement. Some of my favorite teachers: Byron Katie, Wayne Dyer, Pema Chodron, Chögyam Trungpa, Sri Swami Satchidananda, Eckhart Tolle, Michael Singer, Gangaji, Mooji, Louise Hay, and Marianne Williamson. I could go on but these are who come to mind in this moment.
