- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Please note that our pros only come to work, not to evaluate. I charge $50/hour with a 2-hour minimum ($100 per visit). Estimates are confirmed after photos/details. Standard anchors/screws and clean-up are included. Materials and specialty hardware (TV mounts, cord covers, toggle bolts, etc.) are billed at cost. Parking/elevator fees are billed at cost when applicable. New clients get 10% off their first booking. No hidden fees — you’ll always see the total before I start.
