Great experience. We had a range hood that just stopped working. DDG came out to give us a quote to replace it. While he was here, though, he took the time to actually take the cover off of the hood and discovered that it was an issue with the wiring. Turns out there was a bad connection in the oven outlet below that was running electricity through the neutral wire back to the fan. I'm so glad he found this issue---he saved us the price of a buying a new hood! Highly recommend.
