I have been strength training for three years with The Perfect Workout! I love having my own personal trainer with me thru the entire workout. I couldn’t push myself without them! I have been doing slow motion strength training for the past 3 1/2 years. This was a game changer, after losing over 100lbs I was left with a lot of sag and no butt. The Perfect Workout really is perfect! I love that it is only 20 minutes and you get results fast. I've always struggled with weight training on my own and the trainers at the Perfect Workout really help with posture, positioning and of course pushing you through the 2 minute intervals. I would recommend this to anyone looking to get in weight training with results weekly. Give it a shot!
