Often, we are called to Chicago each year to do 3 month to 6-month contracts of work, so we need a fully furnished place to stay and a 5-star landlord we can trust. A place that has a perfect location, safe, clean, convenient and that has washer and dryer in the unit along with all the appliances and everything a person needs while traveling. Fridman Properties Family provides it all. That's why we are a returning customer year after year. We won't stay anywhere else. My family's experience with Fridman Properties has been nothing short of astounding and excellent! Their rentals are top-of-the-line properties and their attention to detail, hospitality, genuine care for their tenants and their properties (incredibly quick and through home repairs when needed) put them light years ahead and and all competitors.
When we were moving halfway across the country with my family last year, we didn't know what to expect, but Fridman Properties took care of us like family, and got us set up in our new place with promptness, accuracy, and kindness. We have been with them for what's going on 3 years now, and we plan to continue renting from Fridman Properties for the foreseeable future.
