I wanted to add punctuality and response time excellent.

Mark did an excellent job. He went above and beyond by helping me determine what the problem was, plan of action including ordering parts and then execution. He is very reliable, professional and worth hiring for your washer and dryer needs.

I was so impressed by him that I have him in my phone for future use. He was able to fix my Maytag washer by replacing 2 parts, cleaned the washer drum and put it back together. My washer is quiet like it originally was since I have had for about 5 years. He also vacuumed out my dryer to make sure no fires could take place. All of this took place within 1.5 weeks.

Now we have a quiet, functioning, clean washer.
