Great work and fast completion. We needed or basement stairs redone, as the old ones were dangerous. They were able to accommodate as well as frame some walls to add needdd support to the staircase above. Good pricing, and flexible to the additional needs.

We called Cristian to repair structural framing in our 115 year old two flat and add a pocket door to our small/awkward bathroom. Cristian was direct, honest and transparent throughout the whole process and completed work with very high quality. When we discovered water damage in our subfloor under walls that were to be repaired, he was able to pivot and add that (unexpected) work into our project for a reasonable increase in cost. We look forward to working with Cristian again for future carpentry needs!
