Mike gave us an honest assessment of the base of the cabinet under our kitchen sink, where we had a large pipe leak. He indicated it's not something we need to fix now, but if it needed to be dried, it would cost no more than $400, whereas another company told us it would cost $1300, which we knew was way too much, given the scope of work involved. Very happy we got a second opinion from ProDry. They even told us a DIY fix that we could try if we wanted to.
