I would (and probably will) call Chris Jones again. He is patient and explains what he's doing. I couldn't have done what he did to get my computer/printer talking to each other again. He even explained how WiFi works to me and it finally made some sense.

Did your computer die? Did you lose all your files? Did you take it to Geek Squad or a repair shop? Were you without your computer for days while it was being fixed? Then you didn't call Chris Jones. Taking my time and explaining the process of what I am doing every step of the way also, training and teaching my clients so that they will have a more positive and successful experience with their technology.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my A + certification, PC Repair Technician certification and my Network + certification as well. I recently graduated from the College of DuPage with a Associate Degree in Computer Internetworking Technologies.
