Awesome dude. Showed up on time. Super helpful and friendly. Didn’t end up costing as much as expected. He was flexible. He had to take the computer overnight but returned it next day. I used to go to Best Buy for all my computer repairs and wait forever to get my computer back and overpay. This is way more convenient. Definitely will use this guy again. I would highly recommend him. Very fairly priced.

Chris, from Jones Computer Repair did a great job of helping me understand the workings of my computer and helped me clean up a computer that wasn't running correctly all of the time. What a great experience with Chris. My son was having issues with his gaming computer and within 5-10 minutes of me searching on Thumbtack, Chris reached out and set up a time for later in that week. Chris responded quickly to my request to install and rearrange some fans in my desktop PC. He delivered great service at a great price. It turned out that I needed an extra part for the installation, but Chris had the part with him and used it to complete the job. I have my A + certification, PC Repair Technician certification and my Network + certification as well. I recently graduated from the College of DuPage with a Associate Degree in Computer Internetworking Technologies.
