Chris is the most expert person in technology that I've worked with in a long time. I wanted to have my network repaired, so that the two printers on the network would work again, which required identifying and replacing print drivers for 1 printer, allowing that printer to accept media sent from my phone, laptop, and tablet. Chris also installed new out-of-the-box Smart Home products e.g. a Blink camera. He also fixed connectivity issues involving 3 Smart Home items. Chris also corrected problems with access through my streaming services. Finally, Chris helped me understand Cloud services from Apple devices and OS devices, and that affects how and where files are stored, and how to retrieve them from both Cloud Services. Everything was done with a smile. Chris' demeanor made me feel comfortable with sounding "clueless" with my questions. I would recommend Chris to install or repair any computer-involved items in your home. Not only does he have the formal training to do the best job, he also has the work experience that allows him to extrapolate potential answers to problems without having to consult Doctor Google. Chris is very professional and tries to ensure that the client can explain what problems were addressed at a user-level, in case a problem repeats itself, which I highly doubt will happen. Chris will be my first choice for computer and Smart Home support in the future!

When Chris and I set the appointment at my house he sent me a text that he was on his way and also sent a text when he arrived. My issues were software related with connectivity and functionality issues. I sat with him in my home office so he was able to explain what he was looking for and found. He was then able to make needed adjustments and then reloading the software. His professionalism and knowledge were very important to me. This was a very positive experience and I truly appreciated the time he spent working to resolution on my laptop. I will highly recommend Christopher Jones and he will be the only person that I will call in the future. Excellent Customer Service and Support, a winning combination at a reasonable cost.
