- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication is key, I start by either meeting face to face or by phone to get a sense of who they are and what music they like. I then send a music survey I created to ensure I didn’t miss anything. I then keep in contact to ask if there is anything else I can help with like lighting, fog, projector screens etc
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
