Monty came on a last minute call. He stayed until it was fixed. He even taught the homeowner a few tricks of the trade. He was highly professional and values his work. He even mediated a conversation between the homeowner and their parent. Monty also suggested that we get better storage options for cleaning supplies as to not recreate the situation.
