Excellent service! It was a pleasure doing business with Lisa and Mark Johns. Affordable, professional, friendly. They made dealing with the county a breeze. We had over 330 ft of fencing hauled away and installed in two days! The neighbors were so impressed they bought a new fence too. We highly recommend this company.

If they didn't want our business they should have said so. But they came out, saw the job, saw it was "too small" for them and then failed to follow up with any communication after they promised to get back to us. Would not recommend.

Mark and Lisa are great the entire crew was professional and friendly. They did an excellent job. So easy to work with.One week after installation the fence was hit by a storm. They came out the next day to help review and access any damage for insurance claim. Would recommend them. They even answered questions regarding other projects we are working on.

Obtaining a fence with Top Rail was a dream. From the initial meeting with Mark to the follow ups from Lisa, all went smooth and my fence was actually installed earlier than predicted. I had obtained several quotes and went with Top Rail not only for the pricing but also for their no BS approach. The installation crew was also efficient and respectful of my property and also a difficult neighbor. I would definitely recommend and will use in the future when I have future fencing needs.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon receipt of your information, we will promptly arrange an in-person meeting with one of our skilled professionals to tailor a fence design that perfectly suits your preferences. Following this, we'll furnish you with a comprehensive quote. Upon your approval and the subsequent signing of the contract, a 50% deposit for materials will be collected. We'll then schedule your installation with one of our expert crews at the earliest availability. To ensure a seamless process, we'll coordinate property marking before any digging takes place. Please note that obtaining necessary permits or HOA approval is the homeowner's responsibility. We're committed to making your fencing project a smooth and satisfying experience.
