NUTRITIONAL:
I work with nutritional clients in these 3 domains: Weight Loss, Performance, Health. Each requires vastly different approaches depending on your goals. My approach involves a thorough discovery process that uncovers lifestyle choices and habits you may not be consciously aware of. It also includes a full goal analysis. From there, I craft a fully personalized plan with its foundation in evidenced-based nutritional research. The result is a maintainable, non-stressful plan that is full proof and time-considerate.

***60min Phone/Onsite Coaching Session + 30 days coaching (text access, Q&A anytime) + Meal Plan + Personalized Nutritional Binder: $250 (appropriate for individuals who want coaching support through the first 30 days of their eating transition - exceptionally helpful for label questions while shopping, supplementation opinion and analysis, small discussions on specific topics, and text support. 30 days gives individuals a lot of time to have a coach in their corner to help navigate the many lifestyle changes that will arise and to answer difficult or important questions with quick response time.)
FITNESS:
I specialize in strength and cardio (metabolic) training with methodologies rooted in evidence-based science. Lean muscle is a main indicator of life expectancy and athletic performance. I can get you there.
You want someone invested in you and your success. A person who will be honest with you and supportive, in equal measure. I will be there to hi-five you when you hit a milestone. And I will be there to give you the real talk for when you feel like giving up.
Physically speaking: Your body isn't like anyone else's. It will adapt differently to training and require different training frequency to reach your goals. You need someone who can understand your body and its abilities, who can push you when you need it; and conversely, can pull you back when you're headed towards detriment. You need a coach that knows the red and green lights of training, so you can stay in this for a long time and continue getting stronger. I will get your form on point, share what you need to know about nutrition, and be here to get you through the tough training days.

I am a "Masters Performance Athlete." This attunes me to the unique challenges Masters Athletes face. I will coach you in every domain of strength while coaching you around injury and over-training. I know bad backs, bad knees and jenky hips. With me, you'll learn proper supplementation and navigating existing injury without flaring it. Master's Athletics is a sorely misunderstood and under-served area of fitness. Masters can maintain a high level of athleticism with high level, strategically tailored coaching. Masters can greatly improve their overall health, avoid injury and become impressively strong.

Cost varies but generally I serve 2-4 people in a small, personalized group, run from my home. A traditional gym can be tough for some people to feel comfortable in and lacks some of the equipment and flexibility I provide.
~ 2 Days Training Per Week: $200 Per Month (appx $22/session)
~ 3 Days Training Per Week: $250 Per Month (appx $19/session)
~ Personal Nutritional Workup & Binder With Meals & Your Specific Training-to-Eating Schedule: $250 one-time cost and you have your meal plan with timing and meals forever.
The thing I like most of all is being a part of my client's doing something they never thought possible. It's an incredible feeling for us both.
A person doing their very first air squat is exactly as amazing as them deadlifting over their body weight. Each milestone is special and gives an individual the confidence that the next one may actually be achievable as well!
I also love knowing the people I'm working with.. well. Understanding what helps and what hinders. I'm not the same coach to one person as I am to another, as one style just doesn't fit all. You need something different than others need. I enjoy figuring that out and understanding you.
