Robert was a outstanding helping us with our new purchase of a used hot tub. Gave us great directions, and options to improve our knowledge of the spa. He was A+ in his inspection and gave us good honest advice. We will definitely be calling Robert for any of our hot tub repairs or services in the future!!!

I didn't end up having to have Robert come out to fix anything yet. My problem with my hot tub kind of resolved itself for the time being but he responded to all of my messages in a timely manner and was going to be able to come look at my hot tub within a few days of my initial contact with him. His price to come out is reasonable for the travel he would have to have made. Will definitely be getting ahold of him for any issues I have with my hot tub in the future.

This should have been a straightforward heater installation, but Robert Coy saw that the wiring for our hot tub was all wrong and told us what we needed to do to fix it. The faulty wiring could have gotten us electrocuted. He also took the time to ecplain how to restsrt the hot tub in a way yhat would pump out any air that might have gotten into the heater and how to properly fill the tank. He also gave us a short course on how much of each chemical to use and how to accurately measure concentrations of things like chlorine in the water. As far as me and my wife are converned, Robert Coy is THE GUY.
