Upon my first attempt to get connected with Mike (Proprietor) I was utterly astonished to receive contact within mere moments after sending him a message. Within minutes we were speaking on the phone and I described my problem with neglect on an investment property I had just obtained. He explained to me logically and with sound reasoning what methods, equipment and apparatus used, the duration of the project and the likely outcome to be ascertained after. With myself not being estranged from trade work, I could tell that Mike was replete with integrity as he explained his methods as there was not one embellishment, he was realistic and not typical of the charlatan tradespeople of which I had been accustomed to over the years, both as a client and as peers in business. The experience of introduction was enough for me to proceed, but of course I veered to the course of caution with that gut wrenching "Too good to be true" sense. I was pleasantly surprised throughout, even with the rates he had charged for the unfathomable amount of work he did. A little bit of detail is in order: This property I purchased as an investment is located in a fantastic up and coming neighborhood but itself was sluggish and bordering on decrepitude. The property had mold, mildew and staining, wood splitting as well as older electrical wiring common to most houses (Insulators of old, Rubber and Cloth insulated wiring) being eaten. Yes, eaten; consumed by the moisture and mold to the point that the wires, if shaken could shed their insulators and expose them, likely leading to a catastrophic fire that could destroy my property. The tiles in the bathroom were neglected, the slight dark hues in the grout that became overgrown and actually ate the grout, the tileboard and mastic behind, as well as part of the house framing. Did I mentioned the roof? It is wildly unbelievable that mold could cause the damage it did, it had rotted the wood and caused parts of it to turn into a "mush" for lack of a better word and caused the roof trusses to actually look like if it had gone on further, they would have collapsed. This astronomical project would have been thought to take so much time and an exorbitant sum to eliminate. Thanks to Mike and his guys, it did not. They removed all of it, yes all of it, and neutralized the rest so other renovations could be done. I couldn't in good conscience sell this home or rent it if there was mold in it, releasing toxic spores slowly while occupied... Mike felt the same way and went above and beyond the call, with enviable pride in his work and got it done in a matter of days! I thought i'd be out weeks and $10,000 grand. Not even close. Thanks again Mike!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A certified remediator will perform an inspection and provide an estimate to customer. Then, the customer will provide a down payment and appointment will be scheduled. Once the job is finished customer will pay remaining balance after final walk through and inspection.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our employees are certified mold remediation removal experts and have over 5+ years experience.
