They showed up on time for the estimate and then for the actual work. Ernesto was very thorough and explained everything well. He gave me options, but was low pressured. I received an exact quote right away and the price was reasonable after getting other quotes. Rebecca in the office was helpful, getting my warranty to me and contacting JULIE for my job. I ended up getting several cracks sealed in my basement and my sump pump line was buried in my yard. The guys that came to do the job were very hard working. I was kept informed of what was going on. They did a good job and left everything as clean as it was to start with. There hasn’t been a heavy rain yet, so I don’t know yet if it was a success, but I was assured that they’d come back if there was still leaking.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes drain tiles depend on the size of the basement or the house. Foundation crack repair pricing varies case by case. There are many factors to take into account which is why an in person estimate is a must.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will receive your request for an estimate through our website or you can call us, whichever is more convenient for you. We set up an estimate at a time that works for both of us. One of our estimators will go inspect the job site and take measurements. We will offer our best solution and price. We answer any questions or concerns you may have. 90% of the time we will give you the price in person. For more complex estimates we email our customers within 24 hours a copy of their detailed estimate.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 8 years of experience just in the waterproofing industry and have never had an unhappy customer .
