Leigh put together content (emails, landing pages, and an overall approach to messaging) for the build out of our inbound marketing system (using HubSpot). She figured out how to get the marketing bits and value proposition we knew as a bunch of technical minded people and turned that into an online brand people could relate to and then learn more about. She always brought new ideas to the table, had a copywriter's attention to detail and checks of the best marketing practices in getting the word out there about our offering. She picked up the lingo of the data warehousing industry very quickly and was able to create compelling spins of the software value; putting things in words our local potential customers and buyers would understand and react to. The first webinar campaign I worked with her on to promote and then present brought in the highest number of attendees we'd ever achieved. She nailed the audience we were going after and had been chasing for quite some time. Leigh worked as an hourly consultant for us and was worth every hour.

Ever heard of data warehouse automation? I'm guessing not as most people haven't. That was the issue my company was having. How do we market something that nobody has heard of? The answer, Leigh. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Generally for I bill hourly. That way the client only pays for what they use. Some people bill per project and add extra hours in to ensure their costs are covered. I feel this is unfair to the client to have them pay for time that is not utilized. However, if you have a specific budget in mind let me know and I can tell you if it is feasible.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For new clients I spend a lot of time really getting to know my client and their company. I want to fully understand their needs before I begin working on a project. I take the time to really get to know my client and develop a solution that is best for their unique needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have close to two decades of marketing experience. I have worked for fortune 100 companies to start-ups. I graduated with me degree in Marketing from Kent State University.
