- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are offering $20 discount on the whole house window cleaning, $10 discount on the gutter cleaning, plus the $20 discount on the power washing for no less than $200 order.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We take the orders over the phones, we pre estimate the pricing over the phone or if it is more complicated and harder work then we come on site with the quote.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We do not require special education for this type of job, we train our employees each individually and work together for a while with a new employee.
