My carpets were all cleaned quickly and efficiently. My area rug looks good as new. I was concerned about the dampness in some of the rooms but with a couple of fans, they all dried with no problem

Cleaned exterior windows on bi-level home. Price quoted over the phone for exterior windows was same as in person. $80 Very reasonable. No surprises. Some other companies said pricing may change once they got onsite.
Also wanted aluminum awnings power washed (specifically underneath to get rid of dirt and spider webs seen from inside house looking out window). $80 additional
Didn't, but should've opted for them to clean tracks - despite lifting screens, fair amount of grime and dirt remained. Now I'm cleaning tracks as I clean room by room, but wish I had asked how much for them to clean.
The work was completed on a family member's house, but I will most definitely call them to price out my 2-story house. This time, I'll do interior, exterior, and tracks! :)
By the way, the windows look like glass (LOL) - just amazing how clear they are. (NOTE: I did clean the interior myself prior to their work, so both clean sides = crystal clear.)
Oh! And scheduling was super fast!!! My schedule was a little wonky that week, so they fit me in later the same day I reached out to them!! Who does that? Ernest Windows does that ...
Details: Two-story building • Windows without grids • 16 - 20 windows

Martin cleaned 55 of my windows inside and out and they look brand new. His level of service and professionalism was outstanding. I couldn’t be more happier and the cost was right on target. Thank you again.
