Introduction: For me food is a way of coming together as a Family and Community. I do love comfort foods that many people grew up with, but I prefer to keep it on the healthy side. I prefer to cook either Vegan or Vegetarian, but I am more than familiar with traditional meat dishes as well. I love teaching people healthier dishes and a healthier way of eating. I know it can be a struggle because I've been there myself. So for either a small party of 20 or less, one on one lessons or a small group, I'd be happy to help you. Inspiring people and helping people realize its not so hard to incorporate healthier way's of eating and not sacrificing flavor and some of the traditional foods so many people grew up with.
