When a homeowner calls my company, they will talk to me, not a secretary.. And when they receive an estimate. It will be from me. Not a hired salesman with false promises..and when the job is being completed, it will be me overseeing the work being done.. I like helping people, whether it be installing siding, fixing a leaking roof, painting, or replacing a deck. I'll take great pride in my work. To me it's about the work. I love to create things with my hands, or to take something old or worn, and make it new again. And of course it's always fulfilling to impress a homeowner with a quality job that exceeds their expectations. Its very rewarding to be better than the typical contractor.

Moved into a new house that had only half the yard fenced. Every other quote was more expensive and 6-8 weeks out. Bill came in with one of the more reasonable quotes and was in within a week of committing. Weekend came to do the work: the weather was terrible. He worked through ice and sleet to make sure that we had our fence completed. If you need work done and you want somebody committed to his work, hire Ross Exteriors. You will only be happy.

He sealed all of the seams on our rubberized roof w 100% silicone sealant. Said it’s new but should last. Waiting to see if the roof leaks w another big rain.
