FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is competitive. Whenever possible, we offer fixed bids for jobs. This means the quote you receive is locked in, and we take on almost all risks of setbacks. This gives you assurance that there will not be any surprises when the final invoice arrives. We also offer a 5% military discount to active and veteran military personnel. We are thankful for the freedoms we have, and recognize those who protect our freedoms.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always start with a short phone call to gather any information I may need before setting up a 10-minute visit on location to take measurements and to get an eyes-on assessment of the space. With the information I gather, I usually have an estimate or bid prepared and emailed to the customer within a day. Once the customer decides to hire us, they will pay a small deposit to guarantee their place on the calendar. The deposit will be applied to the total bill for the project. Eventually, we will start the project, keeping our customer informed as we draw nearer to starting their project. Once we start the project, we stick with it until completion and customer satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing carpentry, finish work, and various paint work for a long time. Throughout my college years, I learned these trades and have used them since. I have a bachelors degree in Business Administration, which has been helpful with launching my own business.
