I was super reluctant to start working with a personal trainer, luckily I came across Joe, because he has completely changed my outlook on fitness. Joe works with my busy schedule, takes the time to make sure I'm doing the work outs the correct way, and he is always encouraging! Not only has he been an excellent motivator, he has worked with me on a meal plan that is completely doable! Highly recommend!!!

He measured my body fat and made me a customized meal plan for fat loss. Very informative about the meals and even made me a list of alternative foods so I won't get burnt out. I would definitely recommend seeing him for meal plans and or personal training.
