At first Aaron seemed honest and trustworthy. He called and kept me up to date on his arrival time and seemed concerned about doing a job well done at decent price. He told me it would take two hours. He showed up at 11, unprepared. He had to go to Home Depot to get more things. I don't know what time he returned to start the work because I planned to get out of his way. I was gone till one and he had just gotten to the first of three patches. He didn't leave until after 4. When I hired him I said I wanted to make sure that the boards would be level because I know new boards are often higher. He confused that into meaning I didn't want them leveled and he didn't have the right sander to finish the job. He said he'd come back. That night one of the replacement boards buckled. He swore he'd be back the next day to make sure we were satisfied. With the proper tools and a better vacuum to get rid of the dust. Well, I never heard from him again. Do not pay him until the job is finished to your satisfaction.

He scheduled to see the floors, provided a compelling estimate and began work in a timely manner that accommodated my difficult timeline. Working with Aaron raised my standards for floor finishes! The entire experience including dust management, clean up, and consideration for the life that had to continue around the work area was outstanding. After two days of very hard labor with a beautiful outcome, I have the highest regard for Aaron's professionalism and workmanship. I only wish I knew more people with flooring needs, because I know a great floor guy...

Yes. I have to acquire so many continued education points with the association yearly in order to keep my certification.

I got a certain satisfaction out seeing the finished product and knowing that it was done by my hands.

I mostly have sand and finished residential properties consisting of living rooms, dining rooms, and bedrooms.
