Hired nick to do a wide range of work in our new home. Painting, canned lights, fans, switches...you name it and he can do it. He delivered on everything. Working with Nick was a pleasure! He is a straight forward honest guy and his work speaks for itself. He is worth every penny (and more affordable than other options by HUNDREDS). We will definitely use Nick for our future home projects. Highly recommend.Feb 9, 2021Verified

Nick was very easy to work with he made a suggestion that I never thought of. Price was very fair for work performed and when he was done the room was cleaner then when he arrived.Feb 7, 2021Verified

Nick was great to work with! My boyfriend and I attempted to set-up a Nest thermostat without success. Nick was able to get the thermostat installed without issue! He also helped change a lightbulb that was difficult to access in our loft. He was very responsive via text making it easy to schedule the work. I will definitely use Nick again!Jan 29, 2021Verified

Nick did an excellent job replacing a light fixture with a ceiling fan. He was on time and very friendly. I'll be having him back to do our canned lighting next!Jan 19, 2021Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? My pricing is pretty simple. First and foremost. I deal mainly in service calls most of those calls are around 150-200. And, average about 2-3 hours. I have set prices for fan and light installs. The only thing that changes is if they are in a high ceilings above 12’
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Usually being contacted giving a generalized price. Or if it is something like changing a light fixture, installing a fan giving a solid price then making the soonest appointment and completing the job properly, by code, and cleaning up.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I served an apprenticeship, since have taken many classes and refresher courses to keep my licenses up to par. I have to have continued-education courses to be able to renew my licenses.
