We had a very challenging cleaning project at our elderly mothers three-bedroom condo and raccoon cleaning did an amazing job from the very start and gathering all of the information and scheduling as well as going above and beyond in their cleaning process and the final results. I scheduled a post construction cleaning. The apartment was a complete hellscape with drywall dust from construction on all surfaces. This team worked miracles for me. Overall, they did a good job. However, they spent all of the estimated time of completion for the entire house (3.5 hrs) on our upstairs, which consists of 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 large master and 1 smaller bathroom). With that said the upstairs was thoroughly cleaned. The manager arrived at that point and told me they needed extra time that would cost more money. Not surprised as I've had this happen to me in the past. I complained that way too much time was spent upstairs and in previous cases (with other companies) they rush and don't do as thorough a job on the first floor. And certainly this was the case, there were many spots untouched as things were left in the exact same places and then you have the other end where it looks like they cleaned behind chairs and sofas and then left the room in disarray. My brother in law who was house sitting at the time confirmed that they rushed through most of the cleaning on the first floor. Total time ended up being 2 hours over the estimated time for completion (5.5 hrs total) and they ended up charging me for just the extra additional hour to appease my complaints. Therefore, I added a star for their customer service on the adjusted pricing. I won't be using their services in the future as I prefer to have cleaners that I can directly communicate with (they didn't speak English) so I can set clear expectations. Also, I need consistency in their work and thoroughness in all areas of the house.

It's important to note that the condition of your home, particularly the blinds, was much dirtier than expected. While we were already working, we sent you a video showing the condition of the blinds before cleaning. We want to emphasize that we worked over 1 hour and 45 minutes for free to ensure we achieved the desired outcome and that you were satisfied with the cleaning results. We appreciate your understanding, and even though you’ve decided not to continue with our services, we value your feedback as it helps us improve and grow.
