Sergio did a fantastic job cleaning my basement carpet. He was responsive, punctual and worked hard to spend the necessary time for a quality cleaning. I would highly recommend Sergio without hesitation.

Sergio was able to take out a stain another carpetcleaner wasn't able to take out. He did an amazing job cleaning. Will definitely hire him again when the need arises.

Sergio did an exceptional job cleaning our carpet. The carpet had not been cleaned in a while and the pets had done a job on it. After Sergio was done the house looked and smelled so clean. He was on time and very professional. I will be referring him to my family and friends. Thanks Sergio.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process for a new customer and myself would be for my customer to have a sense of security in my work. I will need pictures of the areas. They are needed to know what supplies will be needed depending on any staining, etc. This will allow me to be prepared and do the best in my job. I will always confirm to make sure there is no changes.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 10 years of experience and proper training in my profession and use of machines I bring on site.
