Less than 10mins submitting my problem I was contacted and asked if I wanted them to come out within the hour. I declined but was able to schedule an appt that was convenient for me. The tech called me at the desired time I picked only to find out that he was already here. He worked to fix my problem and put up my new garage door opener. Then he stayed until I was able to link my app. I am very satisfied with his service very respectful and polite. Before he left he made sure to assure me that he was just a phone call away if I had any additional questions or concerns.

We decided to search for a garage door company to replace our mechanism, and possibly replace the door. My Garage Guy responded to my inquiry within 5 minutes. About 2 hours later, a representative arrived to assess the situation and give us an estimate. We agreed to the proposal for a new mechanism and door. So, everything was finished within a few hours and it looks and works great. We were so happy to work with My Garage Guy.
