- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am not the cheapest nor the most expensive contractor- I feel it does take time and money to provide a quality client experience, great final product, and client satisfaction. If you purchase cheap materials, the results reflect that.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Schedule Estimate, pay $50 via Zelle credit or debit. 2. Actual estimate and getting acquainted 3. Send estimate to client via digital online document 4. Aquire signature and 50% deposit to secure date in schedule 5. Prep and protect surfaces in preparation for work. 6. Complete actual work 7. Final cleanup
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my renovation and remodeling Lead certificate.
