FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I only work under written agreement and good coaching requires more than one visit, so I offer packages or my online membership to meet the needs of a wide variety of people.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a FREE 20 minute Discovery call to see if we will be a good fit before we talk about anything else. Then, I send them a packet, a questionnaire, and links to assessments so we have a baseline. After we debrief all that, we start working on their vision of health--who do they see themselves as in 3 months or 6 months? Then, we start working on their personalized plan of action for attaining that vision. It looks different for each person.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I earned my Master of Herbology degree from The School of Natural Healing, founded by the late Dr. John Christopher. It is the oldest herbal training school in the United States and includes some of the most notable herbalists in the world such as Christopher Hobbs, the late Dr. James Duke, Dr. Ahmet Warfa, and Richard Schulze. I was honored to have received instruction from these teachers. I earned my Aromatherapy certificate from the Pacific Institute of Aromatherapy, founded by Dr. Kurt Schnaubelt. This is also one of the oldest aromatherapy training programs in the United States. Earning this certificate qualified me for NAHA Level 1 recognition. To further my knowledge, I am currently enrolled in a Level 2 training program at Sedona Aromatics, which will award me the Professional Aromatherapist designation and allow me to sit for the registered aromatherapist exam through ARC. I hold an International Coaching Federation(ICF) Professional Certified Coach(PCC) level certificate for Health Coaching, having completed 173 hours of training, 10 hours of mentor coaching, and a performance evaluation. I am now working toward the 500 hour requirement for the full PCC(ICF) credential. I am also currently dually enrolled in the Master of Science in Health and Human Performance program at the prestigious Pacific College of Health and Sciences and and as a Functional Medicine Certified Coach Candidate at the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy.
