I can not say enough good things about this company! We had a small old shower that we eanted removed with tbr space being turned into an open concept closet, as well as replaced the entire tile bathroom with vinyl plank. Larry is extremely responsive, knowledgable, and reasonable. He and his crew work hard, keep the work area clean, and are very respectful. Their work product is fabulous - we couldn't be happier with how everything turned out!! We also had a broken stair railing in our basement that we had previously received a quote for $5,000 from a local carpentry company to fix. Larry was able to fix the problem within minutes for a miniscule fraction of the original quote. We have several other projects that we would like done and can't wait to work with Larry and his crew in the future!!

I would highly recommend Signature Home Construction. I used them for my complete kitchen remodel. Larry is great to work with and extremely responsive to needs and requests. He and his team are professional, prompt, and honest. They offer great suggestions due to their knowledge and experience. Things I would have never even thought of made a huge difference in kitchen. I have a small kitchen and they miraculously made it look much larger and function in a way I didn’t think possible. Larry called me at 9:30pm at night moments after I submitted my request. He went over all available options in detail. He was extremely informed and knowledgeable. He followed up with me the next morning after confirming prices on new hot water tanks. His price was very competitive. I decided to hire him and I’m glad I did. He arrived on time and after discussing the job in detail he noticed that a few additional items would be needed to properly complete the install and would NOT raise the price! Very upfront and honest contractor. The job was completed to my satisfaction as well as my wife’s. Larry exceeded my expectations and I will be using him again for my next project! You can see the detail and quality of work in the photo I’m uploading. Thanks Larry for making this hassle free! A++++

We offer free in-home consultations. Our pricing is for low-stress, high-quality, high-end work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
first a quick phone call. Second we plan for your free in-home consultation. from there we will put together an accurate estimate, with a line item for each task with the cost of task listed. 3rd if you decide, "Let's do it!" we will work together with you to design your project and do all your material purchases. We even offer free material pick up on local items! Lastly, we make your dream project come true!
