L.I.F.T. Academy - LeBreux's Integrated Fitness Training
About this pro
Most Trainers just bark out commands, and sit back to count the reps. I want to make sure every client of mine understands why we're doing whatever it is we're doing, and be versatile enough to get a quality workout completed anywhere! I love knowing I am helping each client live a happier, healthier life. I focus more on what they're doing outside of the gym rather than just getting a good sweat in the gym.

Q & A
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Very simple.. Pay for single "drop-in" rates, or 1 month packages. Prices vary depending on how many times/week you want to train and for how long (30/60 min)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am ALWAYS doing research trying to come up with new types of workouts, different types of exercises, new findings in nutrition, etc. I think it is important to always be learning!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I was 16 at the time.. Skin and bones, but obsessed with working out. All I cared about was putting on muscle! I got a job working in the cafe at Lifetime Fitness. I had no idea a "Personal Trainer" even existed.. I remember thinking "wait a second, these people get paid to teach people how to workout and reach their goals?!... Sign me up!!!" I would go to the gym before and after work and just talk to the trainers.. Watch them with their clients, pick their brains.. By the time I was 19 I was working along side of them and I can honestly say I learned more from that experience than any of my certifications provided.
