Ryan is a knowledgeable and professional trainer always willing to accommodate and meet the needs of individual clients even when in a group setting. Pricing is extremely reasonable. LIFT Academy is a great place for people of all fitness levels. Thorough explanations and demonstrations ensure all members learn proper form and understand the science behind each exercise. Group classes are small and lots of fun!Apr 19, 2016
Ryan is an awesome trainer and everyone I've met is fun and friendly. Ryan actually shares his knowledge and wants me to be successful and to enjoy my workouts. He coaches he doesn't dictate! He inspires me to do and be more. The workouts are challenging and different, so it's not boring. I feel great everytime I leave and look forward to the next session!Apr 18, 2016

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Very simple.. Pay for single "drop-in" rates, or 1 month packages. Prices vary depending on how many times/week you want to train and for how long (30/60 min)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am ALWAYS doing research trying to come up with new types of workouts, different types of exercises, new findings in nutrition, etc. I think it is important to always be learning!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I was 16 at the time.. Skin and bones, but obsessed with working out. All I cared about was putting on muscle! I got a job working in the cafe at Lifetime Fitness. I had no idea a "Personal Trainer" even existed.. I remember thinking "wait a second, these people get paid to teach people how to workout and reach their goals?!... Sign me up!!!" I would go to the gym before and after work and just talk to the trainers.. Watch them with their clients, pick their brains.. By the time I was 19 I was working along side of them and I can honestly say I learned more from that experience than any of my certifications provided.
