I hired Nancy about two weeks ago and so far my experience with pets and me is awesome. Nancy comes in on time with a possitive, loving attitude! My dog's Bella, and Hoodini absolutely love her with the delicious treats she provides them. While in a interview with Nancy she showed how much dignity and caring question like, if my pets have any allergies, are they up to date with vaccines, any triggers that effect them, is she able to give them any treats, are they friendly with other animals?!. I love my dog's more than anything in the world and have a hard time trusting anyone with them. Nancy proved to me that she is trustworthy, respects, and cares for my pets!. Thank you Nancy for all your hard work and dedication keep up the great work! 😃
I use Mobile Paws grooming regularly for my 2 cats. One of them is so sweet when she's not being groomed ☺️ However, she was tagged by other groomers as having aggression issues. I do not allow sedation for grooming so I couldn't find a groomer that would service her. Finally I found Michelle and Mobile Paws!! She does an amazing job grooming both of my cats and the convenience of not having to travel to have them groomed works perfect for my schedule and makes the cats less anxious. Her lion cuts are perfect!!! She also gives eat kitty a "report card" (so you're aware of their behavior during grooming) and a goody bag!! Michelle has also groomed my mother's dog and she enjoyed her services as well. I've been using this service since I moved to Crete 2 years ago and will continue to.
I would strongly recommend this service. I have a 14 year old lab and a 3 year old lab. Lisa Mobile pet grooming was fantastic and I will be using her services every 4-6 months!!
She was friendly and did a great job. My dog was very happy.
My 3 dogs look and smell great after getting groomed here. One of my dogs is part Schnauzer and we always get him a schnauzer cut, which isn't easy to do, I've been told. She did outstanding. I also have a yorkie who was dealing with an injury and she was able to work with him. After a bad experience at PetCo and having visited multiple dog grooming facilities, I am beyond pleased and satisfied with my experience at Deja Vu's K-9 Corner. I will be going back to get my dogs groomed here.
Denise and crew have been walking my dogs for over fifteen years now. I would never want to have anyone else. Whenever I have had something unforeseen come up, Four Paws has ALWAYS stepped up and helped me. They care about my dogs as if they were their own. Years ago when I first realized I needed dog walking services, I had an unfortunate experience with another company (they simply 'forgot to come'!) so it took some time for me to trust that Four Paws would not 'forget' us. I feel fortunate to have found them, and I am not kidding when I say I don't know what I would do without them.
I used the owner of North Shore Dogs for a couple years before I moved down to the city and I can honestly say from experience that I have never felt more comfortable or confident in a dog walker than I do in NSD. She was always there when needed in a pinch and consistent about when and how long she took my dog out. In addition to the daily walks I also felt very comfortable leaving my home and my animals (cats and dogs) in here care for extended periods of time. I recommend NSD for all of your pet needs! Now I just wish she would extend her services downtown ;)
Entrusting Mr. Barkypants, my first-born son, to a dog walker is akin to how I imagine it might feel to someday entrust a less furry child of mine to a nanny: He/She sure as hell better be committed, conscientious, able to survive blizzards*, and love Mr. Barkypants as his/her own. Using this (perhaps slightly unreasonable) standard, I interviewed many, many dog walkers before I found Walks With Zara Chicago Dog Wlalkers, a dog walking company that Russell and his business partner own and operate. Though I haven't yet had to put them to the blizzard test*, it is clear that Russell is an excellent dog walker and human being. I feel strongly about not having just any random person walk Mr. Barkypants: I've witnessed how some walkers who work at larger operations treat (or rather mistreat) the 5-10 dogs they walk at once. Sadly, it doesn't seem uncommon for some dog walkers, on the north-side at least, to roughly yank leashes or yell and scream at dogs, or to refuse to stop walking to allow one of their charges to use the little dog's room, or to tie dogs up to a post in the park while the walker enjoys a cigarette and long chat with his friends. I am confident that Russell does NOT do this; Mr. Barkypants would probably behave very differently with him than he does. Interestingly, though Mr. Barkypants isn't terribly fond of strangers and he is particularly non-fond of strangers who are male and who wear hats, he took to the hat-wearing Russell like he took to liver treats from the first or second walk on. Russell has a gentle, quiet, calm, non-domineering manner with dogs (and humans, really). He isn't embarrassed about speaking to dogs in goofy voices -- a talent I quite appreciate. Moreover, wrt his human dealings, too, Russell is prompt and as honest as Abe: He lets us know when he isn't able to walk a full hour (because of severe weather or sickness) and deducts from his pay despite our asking him to take the full amount. Rates, by the way, are extremely reasonable for Chicago dog walking, especially since Mr. Barkypants gets Russell all to himself on walks. According to their website, Russell is bonded and insured as a dog walker and is a member of the Association of pet sitters. I can speak with knowledge about Russell's excellent credentials as a dog walker. He *will* treat your dogs with respect and patience -- or at least I'm pretty sure they will based on how they've treated my first born son. I can't recommend him enough.
My husband and I have used Cedar Lane Kennels for about 20 years! We are on our second and third dogs we board there. The staff has always been great and the dogs don't mind going! They are always making sure the "kids" are happy! One year Peter called me while we were on vacation due to our one Bull Terriers had an infection and wanted permission to take her to his Vet! We love that each pet gets their play time and a bit of extra attention! Thanks Cedar Lane Kennels!
I love all kinds of dogs. I enjoy walking dogs, playing with them and feeding them. I had 6 dogs before, and they were trained!
I take care of a blue female Staffshire Terrier; her name is Alexis. I walk her three times a day and condition her. She's a cool dog.
I walk dogs of all shapes and sizes. I am also willing to care for other pets. I have my own 15-year old dog that I still walk with.
We are Chicagoland's premier dog walking company. Dogs Deserve It provides dog walking, pet sitting, and pet taxi services. DDI believes that an appropriately exercised dog is a much happier, trainable, and lovable pet. Thus, we put emphasis on energetic, purposeful, accountable exercise. This is called the Dogs Deserve It difference. About the Dogs Deserve It difference: Leash Etiquette -- All DDI walkers follow "leash etiquette" standards, teaching and reinforcing proper walking techniques and establishing boundaries. The dog is walked to these standards and the technique is shared with the owner. This means that DDI dogs do not aimlessly parade around city streets with limited direction, allowing the dog to pull on the leash and the walker to carry on a random cell phone conversation. Distance Tracking -- All DDI walkers wear a pedometer to track their walking time. There is no more guessing whether the dog has gone around the block or just out the door. DDI walks provide more than just an opportunity for daily output. Anecdotal notes left by the walker also include insight into behavioral and training issues. DDI is the first Chicago-based company to create an innovative walker tracking system. More Than Just a Walk -- DDI time with canine clients is interactive and purposeful. Owners report less anxiety, aggression, and other bad behavior from their canine companion. All these benefits are only available from our service.
I will pick up your dog, and we will go for walks. If there is a dog park which is not too far, we can go there too. I would love to have your dog socialize with other dogs, and people too, and let your dog do doggie things. If you have a toy for your dog, that would be great. Otherwise, I will bring my own frisbee, or other things which are suitable. I love to shower dogs as I was once a dog owner too!
Dog boarding school can be an effective way to train certain dogs, especially when there are extenuating circumstances, such as an owner who will be traveling when there is some sort of disruption going on at home. I offer intensive, loving, one-on-one training in my home, where your dog's educational experiences correlate with the life he or she will be returning to. Staying in my home with our loving, training-experienced family reduces your dog's anxiety and loneliness, while improving dog obedience, behavior, and manners. Your dog will learn self-control in behavior areas, such as jumping, chewing, digging, play-biting, barking, destructiveness, anti-social behavior, fearfulness, phobias, aggression, inappropriate elimination, and more. Your dog will also learn some new tricks in the form of willing responses to your cues! Asking your dog to sit, down, come, wait, stay, follow, go to a bed, and more when prompted -- and getting consistent results without bribes, punishment, or repetition -- will show you the joy and "new leash on life" my unique kind of positive reinforcement-based training can provide!
Pup Time Fitness is more than being dog walkers. Your pup can be fit and healthy with our customized exercise program, daily dog walking and vacation pet sitting. We even do overnight, in-home sitting.
I love the spirit, essence, and discipline of dogs. I will walk your dog(s) with great pleasure and joy.
I don't own a business. I can do this as a side job. I can walk your dogs any day of the week, from 9:00 am until 3:00 pm except Saturdays.
I am good at what I do all the time -- you just name it, and if I can't do what you want and you tell me how to do it, I will do it or I will at least try my best to do so.
I'll walk your dog wherever you need me to walk him to. I'll jog you dog, and I'll wash them, groom them, and do their nails.
I walk dogs. I can also take care of your pets, if needed. As for animal sitting, I don't do much more than that. I'm very pet-friendly. I have a huge prairie behind my house with lots of room for your animals to walk around and play.
