- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing minimums are there but we can discuss them. I can tell you that I get a lot of repeat customers. It's one thing to be hired. It's a whole another thing to be hired again!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we finalize the details of the event I will send a questionnaire to get the event specifics. Every presentation is customized for the client based on their specific desired outcomes. I work through the process with the client and am available to give suggestions on format or layout of the event if necessary.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attend and conduct speaker training on a regular basis. I am also a certified Professional Coach and I attend continuing education for that as well.
