Ruben West, Thank you for taking time out of your busy schedule to come to Topeka, Kansas for the 1st Teacher Appreciation Breakfast for the teachers of Ross Elementary. The event was a true success, even know the event had to be rescheduled twice due to extreme weather, the wait was well worth the message you provided. Your message provided motivation to more than 90 staff members, which focused on revisiting why they became teachers and how much influence teacher have over children. The staff and PTO of Ross Elementary are truly grateful for the experience you provided and look forward to the next time you return. Dr. Ruben West is a man of great character, his reputation proceeds him. He is a captivating speaker who grabs your attention in the first moments of him uttering a word. He is very intelligent but his authenticity allows his message to resonate with those in attendance. He knows how to motivate as he captivates. He is very professional, he takes time to get to know his audience through his assessments, his observation and very personable. Dr. West took time to go to every person and find out their name and the significance of his presence. He asked him to cultivate a message that encourages individuals to establish a relationship with a physician, establish a medical home and get insured but he did that and much more. One man said his encounter with Dr. West changed his life. Dr. West far exceeded my expectations he did above and beyond I could ask or think as it related to the presentation. Additionally he took time to get to know the people responsible for bringing him to the event and encouraged us to continue the work we are doing. This survey cannot fully contain the excitement he brings when he enters the room. His presence is a present to the crowd because he gives so much of himself!

Mr.Ruben West was an outstanding keynote speaker for a city wide Diversity banquet which included national, state, and local speakers. Mr. West was charismatic, informative and persuasive in his delivery of a POWERFUL message, We Can Get There From HERE The impetus of the message encouraged everyone in attendance to continue with their vision and God given talent to succeed. In this venue Mr West is masterful and is a premiere speaker people of all ages He has a phenomenal gift to address a diverse groups.

Ruben was the keynote speaker for the Broad Ripple High School, 25th Year Class Reunion. His message was entitled Dreams 2.0. His message not only touched the audience but motivated us to take action in new areas of their lives. He reminded us that it's never too late to work for a new dream. T Ruben skillfully interviewed members of our class prior to the presentation. This allowed him to use stories associated with our classmates and people that we actually knew. This gave his presentation a high level of connectivity and personal touch. He was the perfect person for the job!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing minimums are there but we can discuss them. I can tell you that I get a lot of repeat customers. It's one thing to be hired. It's a whole another thing to be hired again!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we finalize the details of the event I will send a questionnaire to get the event specifics. Every presentation is customized for the client based on their specific desired outcomes. I work through the process with the client and am available to give suggestions on format or layout of the event if necessary.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attend and conduct speaker training on a regular basis. I am also a certified Professional Coach and I attend continuing education for that as well.
