- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to create unique menu and settings for our customers. After an initial question and answer session to determine if we fit, we can then determine what type of tasting is appropriate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Although we do not have formal culinary school experience, Glen and Geri bring a combined 50 years of menu planning, cooking and event planning experience. Glenn has owned and operated restaurants in the Northern Illinois area.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Diversity is the name of the game as far as our customer base goes. We have large corporate customers as well as friends who we have been catering their family events for years.
