- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer great value for my customers. It is true that you get what you pay for. I charge a fair price and I work hard for the money. My job does not end after the shoot. I spend a great deal of time editing your photos with care. I can provide prints or design a printed photo book of your project for an additional fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Plenty of communication. I like to have a conversation to find out as much as I can about the customers expectations. I have no problem speaking with you on the phone or in person.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Been shooting since I was a child. I was developing my own film before I was in high school. Taken classes in photography, watched many seminars and videos. 40 years of trial and error. I've always had an eye for a good composition.
